Marketing & Design Intern (Freiwilliges Praktikum)

We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing and Design Intern to join our team. This voluntary internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing strategies, graphic design, and digital media. As a Marketing and Design Intern, you will support our marketing team in creating compelling visual content and implementing effective marketing campaigns.

Please mention two focus areas for the time of your internship.

1. Graphic Design:
   1. Create visually appealing graphics and promotional materials in e.g. Canva or Figma.
   2. Develop infographics to communicate complex data and information clearly.
2. Digital Marketing
   1. Manage the LinkedIn account, including content creation and scheduling.
   2. Design outreach campaigns, including drafting content and designing templates.
3. Content Creation & Market Research
   1. Write blog posts, articles, and case studies in corporation with a doctors/researchers.
   2. Organize workshops and fairs e.g. Health.Tech, START Summit, SlushD Heilbronn, etc..
   3. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and apply your insights.
4. UI/UX
   1. Gain knowledge of UI/UX strategies and learn how to conduct effective user interviews.
   2. Enhance the existing Figma designs based on user feedback and insights.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Initial experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Miro, Figma, Affinity Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and an interest in digital marketing tools (e.g., Dripify).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills or an interest in improving prompting skills with ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
