We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Grant Research and Application Intern or Working Student to join our team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in grant writing, financial planning, and strategic development. As a Grant Research and Application Intern, you will support our team by researching potential grants, preparing and adapting necessary documents, and submitting grant applications.

1. Grant Research:
   • Identify and research potential grant opportunities relevant to our startup.
   • Stay updated with the latest grant announcements and deadlines.
2. Document Preparation:
   • Create and adapt documents such as financial plans, pitch decks, business plans, and Gantt charts.
   • Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and data for grant applications.
3. Grant Application:
   • Prepare and submit grant applications, ensuring all requirements are met.
   • Track the status of submitted applications and follow up as needed.
4. VC & BA:
   • Adapt important documents like ReadDecks etc.
   • Learn how VC and BA work.

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Initial experience with design software (e.g., Canva, Miro, Figma, Affinity Designer, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and an interest in digital marketing tools (e.g., Dripify).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills or an interest in improving prompting skills with ChatGPT.
• Proficiency in “German” and/or “English and German”.
